- Toaster, coffeepot, pots, pans, dishes, silverware
- Bed linens (linens for pull-out sofa available)
- Propane heat, Hot baths/showers
- Screened-porches or decks
What is not provided in cottage rental: TV, A/C or fans, bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, microwaves
We do not allow pets, subleasing of cottages, overnight guests that exceeds cottage capacity, loud music or parties.
